C | 严格落实主要领导带班制度。对全乡地质灾害户、危房户、低洼户落实“乡、村、网格员、户”四级联防责任人，强降雨期间，通过微信群、电话通知等方式，及时转发上级部门的预警信息，要求各村定时汇报本村降雨情况及河道径流情况，将防汛责任精准落实到人。　　该乡纳入转移台账管理共有26户、67人，其中地质灾害5户10人、危房10户19人、低洼户11户38人。镇村干部明确责任，构建组织堡垒，妥善、安全地将他们转移到安全地带。　　由于降雨量较大，该乡的茅河、吕杖子河出现明显径流，24座漫水桥水流量很大，镇村干部巡查、值守，不让人、车涉险通过。

D | 　　组织1支乡级抢险队伍、9支村级抢险队伍，共计205人，24小时待命，时刻应对强对流天气。联系辖区内凌绥高速施工单位，一旦发生险情，调集大型机械组织救援。

E | 　　加强隐患排查与整治，对全乡企业、河道进行全面排查，及时发现并消除安全隐患。加强对低洼地带、易涝区域等重点部位的监测和防范，认真做好防汛各项工作。
