二 | 推进生态修复，持续优化生态环境质量，实施采沉区4960亩土地复垦、煤都路改移、海新河综合整治等一批项目。持续做好矿山复绿工作，西露天矿矿坑复绿面积已达到百分之七十以上，昔日尘土飞扬的露天矿和矸石山如今蝶变成了绿色家园。发展绿色产业，利用南舍场、西舍场废弃地实施农光互补项目，44万千瓦光伏发电项目并网发电；建成投用垃圾焚烧发电项目；以油页岩深加工和煤矸石综合利用为重点，实施一批循环利用项目，实现变废为宝。
三 | ? 稳步推进山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程 我市山水林田湖草沙项目主要围绕西露天矿及周边地区矿山生态修复和浑河流域森林生态修复及水环境治理2个生态保护单元，部署西露天矿坑生态修复等12个子项目和1个监测工程，共计64个具体工程项目。
四 | 截至目前，我市已完成生态修复总面积57125公顷。通过实施植被保护与恢复和围栏封育工程，使植被覆盖率提高2.81个百分点、水土流失比率减少2.81个百分点，区域生态系统质量和稳定性加强。同时，项目的实施促进社会发展与环境改善的和谐统一，保障生产、生活和生态的永续发展，在项目实施期内可直接或间接促进当地近7000人就业。通过对未利用地、工矿废弃、地排土场的土地综合整治，新增耕地面积311.90公顷，盘活低效利用土地258.72公顷，实现土地的集约、节约化利用，提高土地质量和粮食生产能力。 责任编辑：李丹。
